Solar string party lights seem to be getting more and more popular. Perhaps it's due to the world that we live in today, what with global warming and rapidly reducing sources of non-renewable energy, all things solar powered seem to be on the up and rightly so. 'Solar string party lights' are undeniably a stunning sight when done properly. They can make any garden seem something magical to behold and there's a strange beauty about them. We bought them about a couple of years ago and to this day we don't feel in any way 'bored' or 'used' to them. As we said, we've got some ourselves and we have them up all year round. In the same respect, perhaps you like your garden the way it looks now without these party lights. In that case, maybe their name suits you better; getting them out just for parties with friends of family may be just what you're after. We wouldn't promote one way over the other because it's really down to your own individual preference. Your garden will always look beautiful with them up all year round but getting them out just for parties will give that party more of a 'wow' factor; the lights will be a welcome addition that make an impact they otherwise wouldn't have done.

- What Colour Do You Want?
This is something which may have you thinking for a while if you want to buy some string party lights. On the one hand, the lights may look good 'on the shelf' in one specific colour but wouldn't look as good when you place them where you want them. For example, blue solar string party lights may look good in the shop or on the website but maybe you have a very black and white colour scheme in your garden. In that case, you might consider getting white lights instead.
- Where Do You Want Them?
Simply for the reasons stated above, where you put these party lights and how you arrange them can make or break their appearance. Look around for other websites that show different arrangements of these solar string party lights. See what looks good and what doesn't.
- What Length Should You Buy?
This is vitally important; more important even than anything else when considering buying these party lights. You've got your colour sorted, you know how you want to lay them out and where you want them but what happens if you get them home and they're only half the length you need to get your desired effect. Make sure you plan before you buy and then you'll know what length you need.
